Burndy In line with barrier splicer reducer, features tin-plated connectors to ensure low contact resistance and to prevent galvanic corrosion. Dual-rated splicer reducer has large screw diameters to provide high surface contact with wires for maximum pullout force. This splicer reducer in tin-plated finish, has aluminum construction for corrosion resistance and durability. The splicer reducer measuring 4-11/32-Inch x 1-Inch x 1-3/32-Inch, features 5/16-Inch hex stud. This reducer features solid center barrier to prevent dissimilar metal contacts. It supports 6-AWG-350-KCMIL aluminum, 4-AWG-4/0-AWG solid copper and 6-AWG-350-KCMIL stranded copper conductors. The reducer has 275 lb-Inch torque rating. It is suitable for use with aluminum and copper conductors. The splicer reducer meets UL 467 and CSA standards.
